Engineering Technology, Career Studies Certificate Program

Purpose: To integrate computer aided design and computer programming with a project based “hands-on” engineering course and is designed for those who plan to enter the workforce as an engineering technician upon completion.

Occupational Objectives: Engineering Technician

Admission Requirements: All students will be required to demonstrate college readiness through transcript review or informed self-placement.  Based on this review students may request or be required to enroll in prerequisite or corequisite math and/or English courses. Admission to this program requires Direct Placement into MTH 167 or above.
